Field of Flowers
Versions 1 and 2
This beautiful lacy scarf works up quickly despite its fine gauge because of the height of the stitch pattern. It is worked in one piece down to the first point, then the second point is worked on the opposite side, then the flowers are added as a finishing touch. You can get as crazy as you like with the flowers - place six or sixty, in clumps or as singles, where they provide little color contrast or a lot.
There are two versions of this pattern - the pattern is the SAME in each version, the only difference is the photos and materials.
Advanced beginner level crochet: 6" x 60" finished. Materials needed include 450 yards of sock/fingering weight yarn (Model is in Noro Kureyon Sock), crochet hook size D/3/3.25mm, and a tapestry needle to weave in ends and attach flowers. This is version 1. $5.00

This is version two. Advanced beginner level crochet: 7 " x 60" finished. Materials needed include 400 yards of sock/fingering weight yarn (Model is Fibra Natura Yummy in two colors), crochet hook size C/2/2.75mm, and a tapestry needle to weave in ends and attach flowers. $5.00
