One of the most popular paid patterns I have ever designed is the Arches Cowl. It’s a very versatile piece to wear and super simpler to stitch, but a lot of folks get fooled by the first row/round where one turns a row of single crochet into a mobius. So I made a video about it! It’s not specific to the Arches cowl but will help you out whenever you are making a center-out mobius in crochet.
