I know I have been saying for weeks that this was coming out, but it’s here, it’s out!
I am just delighted with it – I have always loved the shawl, which originally appeared in my Curvy Girl Crochet book,and I recently fell in love with the yarn – Highland Socks in Raspberry Fizz from Youghiogheny Yarns . I met them at the Lancaster Fiber Festival in August and was quite taken by this unusual yarn – traditional tweed flecks in contemporary colors.
I am also delighted with my new model, Alex. Not that anyone can replace our very own Little Loopy but she’s a solid 11 hour drive away! Alex and I had a great time working together and you will see more of her very soon. In fact here’s the world’s shortest promo video –
