Simple to stitch crochet bleacher cushion! One of my more vivid memories from my senior year in marching band was playing at a post season game at a school that had metal bleachers. It snowed, we froze! Make one of these plush cushions in your favorite team colors to support them in comfort and style.

Rows 6 – 20: Rep Rows 2 – 5 three times, then Rows 2 – 4 once. Ch 1, turn at end of Row 20; do not end off A.
For one panel work only Rnd 1, for the other work both Rnds 1 and 2.
Rnd 1: With A, sc around entire panel, working 1 sc in each hdc at top, 30 hdc along each side, and 1 sc in each foundation ch. Join rnd with sl st in first sc. 126 sc
Rnd 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc around. Join rnd with sl st in first sc.
End off leaving a long tail for sewing.
Surface Crochet Embellishment:
With B, work one rnd of surface crochet around each panel, in the same sts you worked into for the first rnd of sc of the edgings.
Using the long tails from the panels, sew both panels together using a whip stitch, making sure to insert the cushion into the cover before closing up the fourth side.
The cushion works great for picnics too! You could add ties to each of the four corners if desired.
